Connect your store

The operator can only reason about what it can see. Each connection is one of its
senses — and each one unlocks a specific part of the profit picture.

Shopify first, always. Revenue is the denominator for everything else — without
it, ad spend has nothing to be measured against.

Couriers — all three Egyptian carriers

This is where the profit picture is usually won or lost, so it's worth doing
properly.

CarrierWhat you'll need
BostaYour Bosta API key
AramexUserName, Password, AccountNumber, AccountPin, AccountEntity, AccountCountryCode
MylerzYour Mylerz API key

You can connect more than one. Analify aggregates across every connected carrier,
and a single carrier being down never blocks the others — you'll see a per-carrier
error instead of a blank page.

Comparing carriers side by side is one of the fastest wins available: delivery
rate, return rate, average cost and average days per carrier, on the same
shipments. A cheaper carrier with a worse delivery rate is usually the more
expensive one.

Why the courier matters this much

On cash-on-delivery an order is a promise until it's delivered. Ads report the
promise; only the courier knows what happened next.

  • 20–35% RTO is normal in Egypt. One returned order wipes the profit of 3–5
    delivered ones.
  • Cash lands 7–14 days after delivery. Revenue and cash are not the same
week, which is why "sales are up but the bank isn't" is the most common
    question this product answers.

Without a courier connected, Analify can show you revenue and spend, but not
profit you can trust.

After connecting

  • Check it took. Settings → Integrations shows each account's status, the
account name Analify resolved, its timezone, and the last error if there was
    one.
  • Mind the timezone. Every ad account and store reports in its own
timezone. An Egyptian store with a US-registered ad account has two different
"todays" — which is why a same-day comparison across them won't reconcile.
  • Reconnect when asked. Tokens expire. When one does, the affected surface
says so rather than quietly showing a smaller number.

Next

Connecting is not finished — Analify still doesn't know what your products
cost. That's the next step, and it's the one that makes profit real:
Product costs (COGS).
