Workspace & plans

Who sees the money, who can spend it, and what your plan includes.

Where: Workspace (members, roles) · Settings → Billing (plan).

Roles

Invite people to the role that matches what they actually do. The point is not
bureaucracy — it's that your media buyer shouldn't see your product margins, and
your accountant shouldn't be able to change a campaign budget.

RoleSeesNotes
OwnerEverythingThe founder. Not assignable — ownership moves only through Transfer Ownership
AdminEverythingA trusted second operator, deliberately unrestricted
MemberThe store and the adsThe default invite. No COGS, payouts, profit internals or COD cash. No settings
Ads managerAds, with the right to change themCan act on campaigns
Marketing memberAds, read-onlyCan look, can't change
Finance managerThe money sideCosts, payouts, profit, COD cash

Two things stay with the founder and are not a matter of permissions: deleting the
organization
and transferring ownership. An admin who could transfer ownership
could lock you out of your own account — so that line is drawn on ownership, not on
access.

Choosing well

  • Agency or freelancer buying your media? ads_manager if they need to make
changes, marketing_member if they only report. Neither sees your margins.
  • Accountant or CFO? finance_manager. They get the money view without touching
    campaigns.
  • A new hire? member is the safe default, and it's the default for a reason.

Plans

You choose your plan. Four of them:

PlanPriceFor
Basic$9 / monthSee your real profit
Pro$29 / monthKnow why, then act — deeper ads and shipping analysis, Agent actions
Max$79 / monthRun the team with AI — roles, audit log, the API (5,000 calls a day)
EnterpriseCustomEvery client, one portfolio

In Egypt, Paymob charges the same plans in pounds: EGP 450 / 1,450 / 3,950 a month.
Annual billing is 20% off.

  • AI balance — every plan includes $5 of AI a month, then pay as you go. The
Agent and AI tools spend it at twice the model's cost, and the cost of a run is shown
before you run it. Top-ups start at $5 and never expire. Dashboards and profit
numbers never use your AI balance.
  • Free trial — 7 days of Pro, with $5 of AI.
  • Date range — every paid plan is uncapped by plan (a workspace with no live plan
sees 30 days). On top of that, each platform has its own ceiling (Meta and Google go
back around 37 months, TikTok daily trends about 30 days, GA4 depends on the
    property).
  • MCP (ChatGPT, Claude and other assistants) — free for every account, no
    plan or connected platform needed.
  • API access — Max and Enterprise. Max includes 5,000 calls a day; Enterprise
is unlimited. The API returns 403 on a plan without it.

If you're on Shopify billing

Installing the app is not a free tier: the store is placed on the plan that fits its
volume, with a 7-day trial, and Shopify bills when the trial ends. The trial is 7
days in total across signup and Shopify — subscribing on day 6 gives you one more
day, not another week. Shopify bills monthly; there is no annual plan on Shopify.

Cancellation is handled in the Shopify admin, not here. Analify reacts to what
Shopify reports rather than trying to be a second source of truth for your
subscription.
