Get an ad account

Mirrors Meta's GET /{accountId}.

  • Pass fields to choose what comes back — name, currency, account_status, timezone_name, spend_cap, amount_spent.
  • currency and timezone_name matter: Meta reports money in the account's currency and days in the account's timezone, which is why two platforms can disagree about "today".
