Mirrors Meta's POST /{accountId}/ads.

Body carries Meta's own ad-create fields (name, adset_id, status, creative — either {creative_id} or an inline object_story_spec) and is forwarded verbatim.

Write — changes a live ad account immediately; needs a write-scoped token.
