Create or update one SKU's cost

Upserts one SKU.

  • All three fields are required; a missing field returns 400. costPerUnit is PIASTERS: sending major units understates every cost 100x and silently inflates reported profit. costPerUnit 0 is valid and stored, not treated as missing.
  • Write — changes a live ad account immediately; needs a write-scoped token.
