Reports & alerts
The best version of this product is the one you don't have to open. Reports send the
numbers to you — including on WhatsApp, which is where most Egyptian operators
actually work.

What you can schedule
| Report | Answers |
|---|---|
| Daily Profit | Did yesterday make money, after returns? |
| Weekly Ads | Which campaigns earned their spend this week? |
| Weekly RTO | What came back, and what did it cost? |
| Monthly P&L | Where did the month actually land? |
Where it arrives
- WhatsApp — the daily brief as a message, on the channel you already check.
- Email — the same content, better for the monthly P&L and for forwarding to an
accountant.
Add whoever needs it. A finance person can receive the monthly P&L without ever
logging in, and your media buyer can get Weekly Ads without seeing COGS.
Why the daily one matters most
Two facts make a daily rhythm the right one for COD:
- Returns arrive late. A day that looked profitable changes when the RTOs land.
Seeing it daily is how you notice a pattern in week one instead of week four. - Cash lags delivery by 7–14 days. The daily brief separates sold from
collected, which is the difference between a busy month and a solvent one.
A report you actually read beats a dashboard you mean to check.
Getting it right
- Pause rather than delete while you tune the recipients — reports can be paused
and resumed. - Check the WhatsApp number is reachable on the receiving account before relying
on it. A number that hasn't opted in silently won't receive. - Don't over-subscribe. Four reports to eight people becomes noise, and noise
gets muted. Daily Profit to the founder, Weekly Ads to whoever buys media, Monthly
P&L to finance is usually the whole answer.
